Vintage straw hat with ribbon banding and tassels and black velvet trim.
Nice tightly woven hat, with nice weight.
The interior has writing in Spanish. I can't translate. Dated Dec 1976.

Measurements: Interior band: 20 1/2" Front brim: 4" Fits like S
Condition: Overall, very good. There is a separation at the back where the velvet trim wraps and meets. See photo.
