We ship all items within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Larger piece such as furniture or artwork may take a bit longer to ship. You will be advised by email about the actual shipping time.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Vintage pieces are often fragile & one of a kind, because of this we have a firm final sale no return policy on all vintage pieces. This policy applies to domestic and international sales.
Computer monitors and mobile device screens read colors differently. We are not responsible for color shifting or inaccurate color reading on your devices. We do not accept returns based on color.
Vintage sizing is often not comparable to modern sizes, please refer to our sizing guide to aid in selecting the perfect fit. We do not accept returns for pieces that do not fit properly.
Please contact us with any questions prior to purchase. Choose carefully, because we do not accept returns. We are a small online shop, not a large corporation or brick & mortar location. Each piece is special and one of a kind in our shop. Thank you for your understanding.
If a piece has been grossly misrepresented by us we will consider a return or exchange for an item of equal value. Email us within 3 days of receiving the item. If we approve the return you will ship the piece back to us within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item shall be returned in the condition in which it was sent, unworn and undamaged.
If the item is damaged or sent back after 10 days the refund shall not be honored. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days after purchase. The exception being holidays and long weekends. An email notification with tracking & carrier information is send when the package is shipped
Domestic Shipping -
Most items are shipped USPS Priority Mail including insurance and tracking. Price is determined by the weight and size of the package. You will be advised if an alternative shipper is used.
We combine shipping on multiple pieces. It may be necessary to use multiple packages if the items are large or bulky. Price is based on overall weight.
Smaller items such as jewelry & scarves will be shipped First Class including tracking & insurance. More valuable jewelry pieces will be shipped Priority Mail requiring a signature.
Express Shipping is also available for your convenience if you need a package expedited. The pricing listed is USPS Express Mail, should you need faster overnight delivery please contact us and we will give you a FedEx quote.
We carefully wrap each item. Dresses & smaller items are wrapped in tissue paper & a ribbon. All fragile items are given special attention with extra wrapping and padding.
Very large packages or freight items may require special packaging and white glove delivery. These items, including furniture will be shipped by a freight provider. It will be necessary to get a shipping quote prior to purchase. We will work closely with the shipper & packer through this process. You will be advised of the progress along the way.
International Shipping -
We love to ship all over the world! Please contact us for pricing. Most items will be shipped First Class with tracking & insurance as available in your country.
Items valued over $200 or 3.5 lbs will be shipped Priority or Express Mail. Shipping costs are calculated and are based on location, size & weight of each package. Insurance is not available for shipment to every country, please inquire about the cost and availability.
We do not ship fur pieces out of the country.
Please do not ask us to mark a piece as a gift or to undervalue an item for Customs. It is illegal and we cannot do so.
All VAT, Customs fees, and taxes associated with items shipped to another country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office prior to purchasing an item to learn the fees. These fees are not included in the sale or shipping costs.
We are not responsible for items lost during shipment or detained in customs.
All international packages will be shipped USPS. First Class takes 10-45 business days depending on the customs processing times. Tracking information is not available in every country.
We do not accept international returns for any reason.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Should a piece be damaged in transit it is necessary to keep all the packing materials and take photos. The postal service may want to inspect the damage and packaging. Contact the shipping service directly, in most cases, a claim can be filed online. Insurance is provided for all items shipped. Please email us if you need any further information.
Any item which has been shipped and deemed non-deliverable and has been returned to our shop can be reshipped to a verifiable address. You will be responsible for the additional shipping fees. It is the buyers' responsibility to ensure the address provided is a deliverable address.
