Imperfect- 1940s crepe and taffeta party dress.
V neckline, ruched dolman short sleeves.
Empire waist bust and fitted waist.
Full skirt below dropped waist at the hipline.
Bow detail at hip.
Metal zipper at the back.
Nice movement.
CONDITION: The overall structure of the dress is great, seams and zipper all very good. There is fading mostly concentrated in the shoulder and sleeve area the right sleeve is more affected than the left, but both are faded.
Many very small holes in the skirt, they are most apparent when the skirt is held to the light. Perfect for a costume or study. I do not know if it can be re-dyed. Has not been dry cleaned.
