Vintage 60s confetti Lucite seahorse & seashell clamper bracelet. 
Clear Lucite, sparkle confetti, seashells and seahorses!
So cute and charming. The seahorses are gold costume charms, not real. 
Nice bracelet in very good condition. There are some cracks in the Lucite on the face of the bracelet over the seahorses. I have cleaned the hinge & polished the Lucite.
