The large carved amethyst stones are prong set (brass) within sterling silver, raised and dimensional.
The bracelet is wider on the back, box closure and safety chain. It fits a small wrist. (See below)
The chain link necklace has a box closure, the pendant/brooch is removeable to wear either way.
