Vintage hand-dyed textile from Mali, Africa. Each piece is original as these are hand made not printed on a press, there will be irregularities in the dyes, which adds to the individuality of the piece.
The textile is unfinished, with a rough selvage edge, it can be used in crafting, pillows, a throw, wall hanging, or for decorative decor.
Mali Mud cloth is hand-dyed by African artisans in Mali.
Handwoven panels of cotton are stitched together to form one large textile, then the textile is hand-dyed.
